Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1cup almonds
  • 1⁄2 cup coconut oil
  • 1⁄2 tablespoon raw honey or 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla powder

Directions

  1. Place nuts and salt in food processor and grind to a fine powder.
  2. Add sweetener of choice, vanilla and coconut oil and process until butter becomes smooth. It will be quite runny but will harden when chilled.

Notes

Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator and serve at room temperature.
