What does a Naturopathic Consultation involve?
The initial 90 minutes is an amazing fact finding appointment where I gather important information about your health to uncover the intricacies and underlying causes of your health complaints. I offer extensive testing in my consultations to uncover imbalances quicker and make your treatment more specific.
Initial Naturopathic Consultation
Previous and New GP Blood testing interpretation (I have a special interest in looking at ‘optimal’ blood levels)
BIA Analysis (This provides you with an in-depth analysis of cellular health, the ageing process and body composition)
Bradford Blood Technique, Live and Dry Blood
Tongue, Hair, skin and nail screening (To uncover any underlying deficiencies, nutritional requirements or absorption issues)
Adrenal Gland Reflex Testing (To assess the level of stress in the body)
Iridology (To asses personal inherited weaknesses)
Zinc testing (For optimal health)

Packages
Although I would like to think I could fix all your complaints in one consultation, this is unrealistic. Although you are likely to feel great results after your first visit, I would allow for a commitment to 4 appointments initially to find all the information we need and then ongoing appointments as you require. I have many patients that are resolved within a few months and chose to continue treatments to help monitor and maintain their results.
For this reason I also offer a wellness package.

Couples Fertility Package
I believe that’s it’s important to work with both the female and male with preconception care. After all, it’s 50/50 when it comes to the genetic makeup of your offspring. For this reason I’ve set up a couples package which can be carried out together or separately.

Clinic Details
My clinic is set at the front of my home on Highland Ave in Rostrevor. It’s easy to find and out of the hustle and bustle of the city. A 300m walk across Stradbroke road leads to the beautiful Morialta conservation Park that I encourage you to explore before or after your consultation.
Consultations are also available online if you can’t make it in person and prove to be popular with those that live in the Country, interstate or find appointments hard to meet due to work commitments.
