Description

Add to fruit, salads, nut and seed crackers, or just straight off the spoon.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups flaked coconut
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Directions

  1. Dry toast the coconut in a pan (be careful as it burns quickly).
  2. Once toasted, add flakes to the blender, add salt and coconut oil.
  3. Blend, stopping regularly to scrape the sides, until you get a creamy consistency.

Notes

Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator and serve at room temperature.
