Description
Add to fruit, salads, nut and seed crackers, or just straight off the spoon.
Ingredients
- 4 cups flaked coconut
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Directions
- Dry toast the coconut in a pan (be careful as it burns quickly).
- Once toasted, add flakes to the blender, add salt and coconut oil.
- Blend, stopping regularly to scrape the sides, until you get a creamy consistency.
Notes
Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator and serve at room temperature.
