Crunchy Muesli Mix

Description
Replace processed sugar laden breakfast cereals with the crunch of a nutritious grain free granola. Serve with nut milks or a dollop of coconut yoghurt and enjoy as breakfast at home, or easily add to a glass container and follow up as a mid-morning snack.
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup activated buckwheat
- 1⁄2 cup puffed quinoa, puffed amaranth or additional 1⁄4 cup activated buckwheat
- 1⁄4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1⁄4 cup activated pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- 1⁄4 cup chopped activated almonds or walnuts
- 1⁄4 cup chopped activated brazil nuts, hazelnuts or walnuts
- 1 tablespoon goji berries, or preservative free dried fruit of choice
- 3⁄4 cup shredded coconut
- Pinch Himalayan salt
Directions
- Mix together and store in a large glass jar.
- Serve yourself around 1⁄2 cup and top with milk alternative, water, or coconut yoghurt.
- To sweeten, add 1 teaspoon raw honey or real maple syrup (optional).
- To boost nutrition, add 1 teaspoon bee pollen, 1 dessertspoon coconut oil or 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Notes
Store the rest in an air tight container, in the fridge.
