Coconut Crunch Granola

Replace processed sugar laden breakfast cereals with the crunch of a nutritious grain free granola. Serve with nut milks or a dollop of coconut yoghurt and enjoy as breakfast at home, or easily add to a glass container and follow up as a mid-morning snack.


  • 3cups flaked coconut
  • 3⁄4 cup walnuts, chopped or activated buckwheat*
  • 1 cup almonds, pecans and/ or macadamias, chopped*
  • 1⁄4 cup pepitas
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1⁄4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2tablespoons cacao nibs, 1 teaspoon finely grated nutmeg


  1. Mix together and store in a large glass jar.
  2. Serve yourself around 1⁄2 cup and top with milk alternative, water, or coconut yoghurt.
  3. To sweeten, add 1 teaspoon raw honey or real maple syrup (optional).
  4. To boost nutrition, add 1 teaspoon bee pollen, 1 dessertspoon coconut oil or 1 teaspoon cinnamon.


Store the rest in an air tight container, in the fridge.
