Choc-Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 100ml coconut milk*
- 200mlwater
- 1teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon cacao powder
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon hempseeds(optional)
- s chia seeds
- 100ml coconut milk*
- 200mlwater
- 1teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon cacao powder
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon hempseeds(optional)
- *Ayam or Global Organics Coconut milk or cream work best.
Directions
- Mix the coconut milk and water together before adding chia seeds, shredded coconut, cacao powder and hemp seeds (optional), in a large bowl or glass jar (Using a glass jar is perfect for travelling).
- Mix in honey (optional).
- Keep chia seed mixture in the large bowl or glass jar, or transfer into 2 small ones. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell, or stand in fridge overnight
- Optional to serve with 1 teaspoon nut butter and/or coconut yoghurt, sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with a berry.
