Adrenal Fatigue or HPA Dysfunction is one of the most common things I see in clinic, especially for women. Commonly known as ‘Burnout’. It happens when we push ourselves with work, families, life demands etc. and try to juggle all those hats us women do! I too am guilty of doing this in the past.
